Q. I place an order on your website. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

A. Normally orders that are placed in the morning are shipped sometime later the very same day. Any orders that are made after 12pm will be shipped out the following day. It will take 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Q. Do you ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays?

A. Sorry, we do not ship out orders on Saturday and Sundays.

Q. Do you ship out orders on holidays or on curtain holidays?

A. Sorry, We do not ship out orders on any holiday. Orders will be processed the following day. If the following day happens to land on a Saturday or Sunday, orders will be processed that upcoming Monday.

Q.Can I cancel an order after an order has been placed?
